Passed / Development
Ubuntu workspace execution, Rust tests, and the selected Node toolchain passed. The phone checkout passed installation, repository checks, lint, and type checking; an on-phone production web build was not established.
Passed / Local model
The configured private gateway returned a synthetic test response. A separate advisory-alias probe returned an empty answer, and a fresh on-device conversation was not tested in that baseline.
Passed with limits / Transport
SSH and selected network ADB responded with Wi-Fi disabled. USB remained attached as fallback; detached operation, reboot, and long-idle recovery require separate checks.
Still ahead / Hope
A19 collection acceptance remains ahead. Private Hope model access is a separate proposed extension, not a capability proven by the gateway test.
